In traditional Asian theater, men often take on female roles. Meanwhile, in conservative Asian cultures, many young individuals question their gender identity for various reasons. Even if they're not queer or homosexual and prefer not to be labeled, they seek to embody feminine delicacy alongside masculine traits.
